Coach trip
10 per person to be paid at the next club meting

we are going to park at the same place as last time.

Fish 1730 - 2330

Species:-
Black Bream
Bass
Dogfish
Bullhuss

Eels
Flounder
Garfish (possibly)
Mackerel ( only 2 count in the match )

Bait:-
Sandeels
Mackerel

Ragworm
Crab ( not necessary but if you have some )
Bluey

Tackle:-
Normal beach gear will be ok
grip weights not essential ( but help to hook fish )

For the Bream you need a trace upto 8ft long as light as possible so it can move in the tide
with size 4 or 6 hooks as lighhter pattern as you can get to aid movement
light snoods of 10lb b.s.
you can use floating beads too
do you get the idea Fish as light as possible
smallish baits so you dont mask the hook point.

I will have scales to weigh any specimen fish
records:-

mackerel 1lb 15oz
Bullhuss 13lb 4oz
Garfish 14oz

see we have had lots of feedback again.

anyway predicted weather for sat 8th
winds:-
wed ssw 10mph (max)
thurs w - wsw 11mph (max)
fri ssw - s 16mph (max)
Sat s - sw- w 13mph (max)
intermitant rain all day
no reports on how its fishing yet

A good venue if it weedy is aberech just down from pwhelli,it doesnt seem to get as much weed as the latter.
Fished match there last sat and its fishing well, black bream and corkwing wrasse, dogs,
pete corker even fluked out a red mullet.
ANYONE GOT IDEAS FOR A DIFFERENT VENUE:-

Holyhead breakwater
Dinas dinelli
pontllyfni
i will get more info on this venue.

Can you get a coach on to Holyhead breakwater?only going to get a clearer picture of the weather nearer to the date.made my rigs up a few days ago for Pwhelli Cool
Regarding feedback on here,I assume lots of people do look at these posts, but for some reason don,t like to reply to them.So you just get the same people posting replies, you only have to look at the members list to see who posts and who doesn,t .
Maybe thats why the Mersey Pirates made their website lurker free,in other words,if you want to see the contents of their website, you have to register and login ,you can view posts on here and not have to login. Idea

Your thinking of deganwy Keith, Its a flounder venue thats crab dependant, not the best venue to be honest.

Mark,
Andy Robinson has just rang me and said that he will not be going this weekend as he has gone camping in the lakes this week. I rang your mobile and have left a message.
Cheers
Richie
